Central Vac - New Houses
Among the many advantages of a central vacuum system is the system’s suction motor and collection canister which are situated away from living areas. Typically, Central VAC Systems are installed in basements, utility rooms, crawl spaces, attics or garages. This provides the central vacuum with more power, suction and larger collection capacity than portable vacuums.
In addition, noise from the central vacuum is out of earshot and fine dust particles aren’t re-circulated into living spaces as with most conventional vacuums. Furthermore, the collection canister is usually large enough that emptying or changing of the canister needs to be done only one to three times per year
